Grow Your Mold Business

Fallsretail Mold Help is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a mold problem with independent providers in their area. If you run your own business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a good fit for our network.

These are not jobs with us. You stay independent. You run your own crews, set your own prices and do your own work.

Who We Are Looking For

We want to hear from independent businesses that offer one or more of these services:

• Mold remediation and residential mold removal
• Mold inspection and testing
• Black mold removal

We especially like providers who know the local housing: older homes, full basements, stone and block foundations, and the damp that follows snowmelt and coastal storms.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often worried when they reach a provider. We ask you to be calm, clear and respectful with them.

• Explain your process in plain words
• Give written quotes and stick to what you wrote
• Be honest about what the job needs, and what it does not
• Tell homeowners how to keep moisture away after the work
• Follow the licensing and insurance rules that apply to your trade and location
• Make no promises about insurance outcomes

Providers are responsible for their own work, their own permits and their own staff.

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns and areas you serve
• A brief note on your licensing and insurance, where they apply
• The preferred way for homeowners to reach you

We will review what you send and get back to you about next steps. Joining is not automatic, and we may ask a few follow-up questions.
