We want every homeowner who reaches Fallsretail Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider you were connected with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Fallsretail Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@fallsretail.world and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help as well.
